current weight: 178
goal weight: 130
I’ve been counting calories for 9 days now. Each day it gets easier and easier. I’m already seeing small changed in my body. This is a slow process, but I’m willing to take the time to get the resulst I want.
I’d say I average about 1,300 a day. Some days more some days less.
This is good though. I must stay positive. I can do this.
If there’s anyone out there that’s a weightloss blog I want to follow you.
